    Week of wedding:

    Finalize timeline and provide to all vendors that will be on site day of

    Wedding day:

    On site 9 am to end of event or 11 pm (whichever comes first) or 10 am to midnight

    Coordinator associate works 4 hours on wedding day to assist where needed.

    Assist with as time permits:

    Dropping linens, napkins, silverware and client’s personal decor items

    Be present to greet and direct vendors as they arrive

    Run emergency errands

    Assist with final adjustments- placement of favors, guest book, gift table, etc.

    Distribute flowers: and pin them if requested before pictures

    Final check on boutonnieres, corsages, flower arrangements, rings with ring-bearer or best man

    Watch time carefully & monitor guest arrival flow of traffic to begin ceremony

    Get bridal party, families etc. queued for processional

    Cue music to begin processional, ensure entrance is flawless

    Make sure guest book item is signed by incoming guests

    Time and orchestrate Grand Entrance of bridal party to reception

    Ensure reception catering staff is ready to greet guests

    Direct guests to cocktails & dinner

    Ensure milestone events such as toasts, first dance, cake-cutting etc. are orchestrated on time and flawless

    Cut wedding cake if needed

    Assist couple as necessary in getting meals, drinks.

    Engage with couple, bridal party and guests to ensure they are comfortable and address any changes, or problems that might arise.

    Assist couple as they exit reception

    Oversee & assist with clean-up of decor, and any personal items

    Participate in final “walk -thru” with venue staff and clients family at end of evening as time permits

  • “Courthouse” like simple ceremony (quick 10 minute ceremony)
